Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

- All sales are final upon delivery.
- Customized, made-to-order, and bridal pieces are completely non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Every order is thoroughly inspected and packed in tamper-proof security cases. In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video via WhatsApp or email, and our team will immediately arrange a replacement.
